Only some of my order arrived?

All Clothing/Bag items are shipped separately from other store products due to different places of fulfilment - if its a clothing item missing, or only a clothing item received - do not worry the rest will also be on its way!

If something else is missing, contact us to find out why.

Why am I being charged two lots of shipping?

Handmade items (such as stickers) will ship from Australia, whereas clothing/bag items are shipped separately from other store products due to different places of fulfilment. We aim to fulfill these orders as local-to-you as possible.

Can I track my order?

All items are sent tracked, and you will be emailed those details when it ships! If you cant find the details - send me an email.
